On Saturday, Dec. 6, former Clay-Chalkville High School standout Jaylen Mbakwe’s current collegiate team the Alabama Crimson Tide lost 7-28 against the Georgia Bulldogs in the NCAA Division I FBS Football Championship.

The game took place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Georgia Bulldogs in the tournament.

The Alabama Crimson Tide’s next game will take place on Friday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. at Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
