On March 5, 2025, Palmer addressed the topic of women’s sports. He expressed that protecting women requires more than symbolic gestures and emphasized the importance of voting to maintain gender-specific sports categories. “Protecting women takes more than wearing pink. A tangible way to do so would be voting to keep men out of women and girls’ sports.”
In another tweet on the same day, Palmer credited former President Trump for a significant decrease in illegal border crossings.
