On behalf of the City of Leeds, Mayor David Miller, along with Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce, will cut the ribbon in celebration of the completion of this project and the grand opening of the fitness court.

Leeds fitness court is open to ages 14+. This project was made possible in part by a Blue Cross Blue Shield grant.  The fitness court is located at Leeds Memorial Park near the pavilion at 801 Helen Street and Hwy 119.

Plans are to expand the existing children’s playground area.  New children’s playground equipment has been purchased and will be installed between now and spring.
