Millsaps Majors drop 7-3 contest to Alma Scots with Weston Myers on the mound

The Millsaps Majors, featuring former Shades Mountain Christian School standout Weston Myers, fell 7-3 to the Alma Scots in their NCAA Division III baseball game on Thursday, March 5, at 4 p.m.

Twenty Field was the venue for this contest, marking the second time the two teams faced off this season. The Majors were defeated by the Scots 10-8 in their previous meeting on Tuesday, March 3.

Myers pitched 1.2 innings, issuing one walk and striking out one batter.

The Majors are set to play their next game at Twenty Field against the MUW Owls on Tuesday, March 10, at 6 p.m.
