The doubles team of Hailey Troup and Eleni Liakonis was recognized on Apr. 15 when the Southern Conference announced its postseason women’s tennis awards.
This recognition is important as it highlights the achievements of student-athletes within the conference and brings attention to their performance during the season.
Troup and Liakonis were selected for the conference’s second team in doubles after posting a record of 15 wins and 3 losses, including an undefeated mark of 4-0 in league matches. Their strong performance contributed significantly to their team’s efforts throughout the season.
