Young Adults invited to apply for 2023 QuadW Missional Internship

For over five years, the North Alabama Conference has partnered with the QuadW Missional Internship to provide young adults the opportunity to experience spiritual transformation through missional activities.

The interns live, learn, worship and serve together for eight weeks during the summer in communities across the country. This year, Huntsville will serve as North Alabama’s site.

The interns live together in an intentional community that entails sharing space, chores and meals. As the interns share life together, they learn many lessons about collaboration, problem-solving and grace.

QuadW interns also learn together. Through a specially designed curriculum, they reflect on the mission of the Church and Christian discipleship. This is in addition to daily scripture reading.

At its heart, however, QuadW is about service. The interns spend a full workweek serving the community by participating in local ministries. These sites can range from working with children to working with elderly and disabled populations. This time of service allows interns to build strong relationships with their chosen community.

Applications for QuadW are open now! The Huntsville site still has spots for the 2023 Summer internship. Young adults between the ages of 18-25 who are interested in missions are encouraged to apply. https://www.quadwmi.org/summer-internship-application
