The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Gary Palmer, Gary Palmer for Congress, refunded $11,600 to John H. Watson on June 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Gary Palmer for Congress has refunded $30,300 total since Jan. 1.
