Brasfield & Gorrie Opens Miami Office

Brasfield & Gorrie recently opened its Miami office, its 13th location. The general contractor has continuously worked in the South Florida market since the early ’80s.

“We have deep roots in Florida, and opening our Miami office marks a significant milestone for Brasfield & Gorrie’s growth,” said Vice President and Division Manager Mike Peters. “Our team is passionate about working in the great community that so many of us have long called home, and opening this office is a demonstration of our commitment to South Florida.”

Brasfield & Gorrie has worked in multiple market sectors in South Florida, including commercial, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily and senior living. Recent notable projects include HCA Florida University Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center Emergency Department and Medical Office Building, HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital, Restaurant Brand International Headquarters, Providence Living on Atlantic, and multiple Class A office buildings in the Waterford Business District including 800 Waterford, 5707 Waterford and 1000 Waterford.

Brasfield & Gorrie believes in building exceptional people and strong communities, and its employees demonstrate that through their civic involvement. Local employees are involved in several construction industry organizations including Associated Builders and Contractors, NAIOP, and Construction Association of South Florida, as well as many local civic and charitable organizations. 

The new office is located at 2333 Ponce de Leon in the heart of Coral Gables on Miracle Mile. It is the company’s third Florida office, joining existing locations in Orlando and Jacksonville.
