LEEDS SENIOR CENTER UPDATE

October is here, along with great Fall weather and great fun at the Senior Center. We continue to occupy our temporary location at the Annex. Remember - if you plan to join us for lunch an RSVP is required due to our temporary relocation. Please call at least 24 hours in advance. Watch our website, and keep this phone number handy, 205.699.0910, for questions and updates.

HERE’S OUR SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 3 – OCTOBER 7, 2022 – CITY HALL ANNEX

Monday, October 3 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

Exercise 10:45 to 11:30

Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)

Bible Study (12:15) – the Gospel of John

Tuesday, October 4 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games

Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)

Following lunch, we continue our regular game playing

Wednesday, October 5 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

Exercise 10:45 to 11:30

Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)

Protecting Yourself from Scams – Leeds Police Department

Line Dancing – 12:15

Thursday, October 6 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

Viva Health – Baseball Corn Hole

Final touches on fall arts/crafts

Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)

Friday, October 7 – Arsenic and Old Lace – Leeds Art Center

Tickets are $15 per person

The play begins at 7:00 pm
