As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Baron House of Hueytown was owned by Diversicare Leasing Company III, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Jefferson County, has been owned by Diversicare Leasing Company III, LLC since July 1, 2016.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
