Brasfield & Gorrie and Metro Water Services recently celebrated several construction milestones at Nashville’s Central Wastewater Treatment Plant, including:
- Completion of all major structural concrete for the plant’s new headworks facility.
- Completion of the plant’s new maintenance facility.
- Surpassing 50 percent complete on the balance of the plant construction project.
“Water is an essential resource, and treatment plants serve communities by providing clean water for the local environment and watershed. Brasfield & Gorrie is grateful to play a part in serving the people in and around Nashville, where we have worked for more than 20 years,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Vice President and Division Manager Ben Harris.
The Central Wastewater Treatment Plant project is scheduled for completion in late 2023.
