Washington, D.C. – Following the vote series on the Israel, Ukraine, and Indo-Pacific Security Supplemental Appropriations Acts and the 21st Century Peace Through Strength Act, Representative Gary Palmer (AL-06) shared his concerns about the current administration. Representative Palmer expressed grave concerns about President Biden's foreign policy decisions, stating, "Because of the weakness displayed by President Biden, our nation and our allies around the globe are in grave danger."

Rep. Palmer continued to highlight the implications of what he perceives as weakness in the Biden Administration's policies. He mentioned that the administration's actions have emboldened hostile forces in various regions, leading to a potential global conflict. He stated, "In just over three years, the Biden Administration has upended the world order to the degree that we are now facing the real possibility of a third world war."

Furthermore, Representative Palmer raised issues regarding border security under the current administration. He pointed out the vulnerabilities created by the administration's border policies, which he believes have put Americans at risk of internal attacks. He mentioned tragic incidents involving fentanyl poisoning and murders committed by individuals who entered the country illegally.

In his statement, Rep. Palmer speculated on the potential outcomes if President Biden had not been elected. He suggested that without Biden in office, certain international conflicts and domestic challenges may have been averted. He stated, "Had Biden not been elected, I am convinced Russia would not have invaded Ukraine, Hamas would not have attacked and slaughtered Israeli citizens, and China would not be mobilizing against Taiwan and our allies in the Pacific."

In conclusion, Representative Palmer painted a contrasting picture of what he believes could have been under a different leadership, emphasizing economic stability, secure borders, and a stronger foreign policy. He stated, "Had Biden not been elected, Americans could afford their groceries, gas for their vehicles, and household utilities. Our borders would be secure, our foreign policy would be strong and certain and these bills would not have been necessary."
