U.S. Senator Katie Britt of Alabama cast her vote in favor of Kelly Loeffler for the position of Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) under President Trump. The Senate confirmed Loeffler's nomination with a 52-46 vote.

Senator Britt expressed her support, stating, "Kelly is a prolific job creator, entrepreneur, and a quintessential American success story. From growing up on a family farm to working her way up to the highest levels of business, she understands the struggles small businesses face because she’s lived them." She emphasized that small businesses are vital to the nation's economy and believes Loeffler will advocate for reducing unnecessary regulations and promoting American innovation.

Britt introduced Loeffler at her nomination hearing before the Senate Committee on Small Business. During her introduction, Britt remarked, "I have absolute confidence in Kelly’s ability to strengthen our Main Streets, to figure out how we get capital to underserved communities, to figure out how we roll back red tape and let people do what they do best, [as] job creators soar and achieve their American Dream. Helping our small businesses thrive like never before is what I am confident she will do."
