On National Rural Health Day, Rep. Sewell announced the introduction of bipartisan legislation aimed at supporting rural hospitals. In a tweet posted on November 22, she stated: "Today is National Rural Health Day and I introduced bipartisan legislation with @RepCarolMiller to support our rural hospitals. We must do all we can to ensure that patients in rural communities can access the lifesaving services they need."
In another update from November 22, Rep. Sewell invited community members to participate in a resource roundtable for seniors scheduled for Monday, November 25th in Wilcox County. She expressed her anticipation by tweeting: "I’m looking forward to hosting a resource roundtable for seniors in Wilcox County this Monday, Nov. 25th! Join us at 11:00 AM at the Camden Senior/Nutrition Center."
